In a parellel universe, instead of busying himself with waving firearms in John Lennon’s face, Phil Spector would be producing Abba. He would stumble into the studio, tell Bjorn to go fuck himself and then turn on the Ronettes era magic. The result would be something not a million miles away from Light of Love by LA trio Music Go Music. The mysterious Gala Bell’s organic voice is what binds the synth pop with the dancefloor and ends up producing some truly amazing tracks.
