It’s cool that Local Natives just ignored the fact we already had our vocal harmony Lazarus. It all looks pretty easy when you get a couple of your buddies to sing with you, another couple to make some noise and your sister to press record whilst you do it. And then you all go out cruising with the hood down, like all our romanticised dreams of what life should be. Seizing the simplicity somehow morphs into an orchestral campfire tap-along.

From there to here, ‘Sun Hands’ will be released on limited vinyl in the UK through the boys at Chess Club and they’ll be over in mid-July for a few shows, so get on it.
