Keep Real

Check out this beyond-wonky, space bass heavyweight carnival cut, “Ghost Step” by brain-burnout, dub-delirious Londoner Becoming Real A.K.A. Toby Ridler and co. and feel it seep into your very being; pinballing pixellatedly around your churned guts; compressing your hungry heartbeat and slowing it down to a scary, spellbound skank; frantically carving the fantastic stuff of dreams most deranged out of your every waking moment until you’re growing a spectacular head of waist-length golden angel hair in minutes before balding in huge snowflake clumps again; watching as if from a great height as your limbs balloon and shrink monstrously; looking on helplessly as your teeth fall from your maniacally gurning mouth one-by-one before pushing back through gums anew, bloody and babylike. This is about as bizarre and brilliant as anything we’ve heard for quite a minute now and makes us feel uncomfortable in the same way being in the same room as a beautiful girl contortionist head-standing and humming the tune to a future Chinese clubland anthem would. I.e. the best way.
