Naomi Punk might have had all the mod cons of the C21st studio set-up at her disposal but we’re very glad that the nomad in her chose instead to record this fantastically rousing, trance-like dustyard hymn with a classroom of hustling and bustling Rwandan schoolkids on their break. There’s an impossibly bewitched and gliding passion that Ms Punk has unearthed from those excitable rascals which we wish went on for much longer than the two minutes we’re treated to. If you want to demand more, you can do the aptly old fashioned thing and write her a letter here.
