Cut Diamond

South Carolina is a place that has proven very hallowed ground over the last year, and it appears to keep giving, with “Dusted Ground Dusty”, the newest product of Columbia outfit The Choir Quit ‘s toil, the latest precious ore to be extracted from its bountiful crust. Clocking in at just under a minute and a half, “Dusted” is a heady, hyperactive skit of a song that feverishly conjures exhausting, sheet tearing dreams of street-lit aerosol huffing and snaking fishboard hill-bombing in its messhead, youthful exuberance and bleary, burst-eyed warmth.
