As well as posting an absolutely incredible Girls feature recently, The Fader have staked further claim to our hearts by hosting the premiere of “Red Bow” by present obsession and future Transparent releasing That Ghost. “Red Bow” is an excellently shambling exercise in slurringly charming, sardonic garage-pop miserablism that rattles along with a totally infectious roughshod melodicism, revelling in a drawling anti-romance and comfortable resentment that is probably best described in the Fader’s words: “Feel sorry for me but fuck you too”. I think we’ve all been there.
