Those stand-up guys that you know you wanna kick it with at our much-frequented internet well of healing and nourishment, Rose Quartz have this week put us onto the deranged, displaced desert-rock of LA’s Speculator via (the outrageously sicko Friendship Bracelet Club Vol. II) and we’re in pretty deep. Standout track of the many dusty, woozy, precious gems on their Myspace so far is “Fuck This World” which is a stretched, slow-mo, road-melting sunday afternoon runaround of a jam; grainy timelapse footage soundtracking of a day, month, year dissipating into heaven-hewed pink paradise sunset.
