Idiot Glee caught our eye not so long ago when he started getting showered with nothing but love from all the best corners of the WWW and rather uncontroversially we’ve also been digging James Friley running his glowing lullabies through rosy-cheeked, neverending melodies. Even less shocking is that it was the 1:32 summation of so many fearless nights which touched a nerve with us; ‘I Did It Sober’ is the story of starting strong but giving in to tranquil wooziness and invisible hugs before falling back into bed.
