Lucky for CQ that they don’t hail from the Bedford (just outside London) of which we only have bleak memories but rather the Bedford that lies 3000 air miles away in the comparable paradise of New Hampshire. Geography aside we don’t have much to go on with the short and sharp duo other than a bunch of heart stopping, reverb draped demos none of which are more pregnant with effortless melody, zoned out lounging and unhurried sepia-shaded fantasy pop as ‘Wait And See’:
