Our friend Sam over at The Fader has just premiered a wistful, glistening new early-morning pop song from Yuck. Solemn and soul-searching in its jilted jangle and rain-sodden reverb, “Sunday” is a devastating three-minutes or so of fuzzy, country-tinged catharsism, a faded document of the amputation-like loss of a love that’s stung with bitter pain like scraped-to-the-bone flesh beneath its warm layers of denim ‘n’ plaid guitars.
