Last Night

Very happy to announce a future addition to the Transparent family today, immaculately pregnant as we are with the debut physical release by Stockholm pop mystics Museum of Bellas Artes. The record, due to drop in early September, is fronted by unstoppable new jam “Watch The Glow” (more on that soon) and backed with the group’s phenomenal roof-raising party-house cover of the Sapphires’ sashaying hymn to the green eyed hounds of jealousy Who Do You Love. We fell ten stories for this song when it first met the world through a digital single on Force Majeure last year and as such we’re pumped to be solidifying its dream into seven inches of concrete truth and reality at last.

Look for “Watch The Glow” to emerge soon. Before that, here’s Cosimo with an insane new re-work of “Who Do You Love”, in which the angelically jilted vocals of the original get their heartbreak soothed by way of some weirdly ritualistic caveman chanting and ice-sculpted ambient glimmer.

Finally, we are also hosting the group’s first ever live show, in London, on November 9th and tickets are available now if you’re down.
